The Ancient Art of Tantra offers a beautiful and loving way of connecting with others. Whether you're an individual or part of a couple, we can help you explore how your relationships can be more loving and special.

Our OPEN EVENINGS and TRIPLE TANTRA CONNECTIONS GROUPS in London for SINGLES and COUPLES provide the opportunity to learn how to communicate from the heart, be real and connected to yourself and others. You can develop the skills you already have, or gain new confidence in a safe, supportive atmosphere.
The emphasis of each evening is on being ourselves as we explore issues of relating, communication and feelings from a Tantric perspective.
This is much more than a social evening. We will offer exercises, sharing, ways of inviting heart opening, and fun too. An experience of connection rather than talking about it!
You'll discover you're not alone. There are other people who are interested in having deeper connections in their lives.
You'll get a chance to "practise" and explore different, more effective ways of connecting with others. And the more you practise doing something, the better you get at it and the easier it becomes.
